Rekha Roarty is a Texas litigation attorney focusing on construction and real estate issues in the central Texas area. Rekha handles cases in all stages, starting from the initial consultation through the discovery process through hearings before the court and all the way to final trial or arbitration. While always prepared to try a case, Rekha is also comfortable resolving a case at mediation when it best suits her client’s needs. When needed, Rekha is also available to help her clients navigate construction contracts, from both the homeowner and the contractor side.
